These terms govern the relationship between a guest and the property for bookings made on this website. Bookings made through an agent or intermediary platform are governed by that party’s terms.

When a guest submits a booking, the system holds the room for a limited period so that payment can be completed. After that window the room is released back to inventory.

A booking is confirmed only once the property has confirmed receipt of the corresponding payment. The confirmation email carrying the booking code is the record of that.

The price shown during booking is calculated by the system for the exact stay, rate plan and party a guest selected. The total shown at the final step is the amount payable.

This website supports bank transfer and payment through the VNPAY gateway. For a bank transfer, the booking is confirmed once staff have reconciled the funds against the property’s account.

Card details are never stored by this website.

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the rate plan a guest selected. Each rate plan’s conditions are shown before the booking is confirmed and are recorded with that booking — those are the conditions that govern the stay.

Check-in and check-out times are those published by the property. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability.

Guests present valid identification on arrival, as guest-registration rules require.

Guests and anyone accompanying them are responsible for observing the property’s house rules throughout the stay.

The property is liable, to the extent the law provides, for the services it has undertaken to supply.

Where a natural disaster, severe weather, transport disruption or an act of a public authority makes it impossible to deliver the service, the parties proceed under the law governing force majeure.

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam.
